If Smac app is not working in your browser,

• Make sure you have a working internet connection and try again. And Smac is not an offline app. It requires Internet.
• Check if your mobile phone supports html5
• Smac web app is best experienced in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and IE+10 for Desktop. And Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera for mobile phones.

If Smac has some issues in android app,

• Make sure you have a working internet connection and try again. And Smac is not an offline app. It requires Internet.
• In some mobile phones like Xiami, connection disconnects in standby mode due to battery saver.
